The test price includes:

• One test occasion
• A certificate for those who passed the test
• The certificate mailed one time to a given address in Finland or by email. Please note that the delivery method for the alcohol passport depends on the institution. You will receive more detailed information when registering for the test or by contacting our customer service.

The registration to a test is binding.

The customer is obligated to

• show up in time to the test occasion and follow the instructions given before hand by Alcoholpassport.fi
• make sure his/her/their contact information given during registration are valid (phone number, address, email address etc.) and that the address is valid for at least one month after the test occasion.

• bring a valid identification document upon arrival to the test (e.g. passport, official identity card or Finnish driving license). Alcoholpassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test occasion if a valid document is missing. A list of acceptable documents can be found at http://www.alcoholpassport.fi/en/faq

Alcoholpassport.fi terms and conditions in case of cancellation:

• Normal test: A written notice of cancellation (e.g. e-mail) must be received by Alcoholpassport.fi no later than 12 hours prior to the beginning of the test. Alcoholpassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test due to a late cancellation or for not cancelling at all.
• A special circumstances test, that has separately been agreed with the examiner (e.g. special language test, dictionary test): A written notice of cancellation (e.g. e-mail) must be received by Alcoholpassport.fi no later than 12 hours prior to the beginning of the test. Alcoholpassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test due to a late cancellation or for not cancelling at all.
• Exception to the previous: Special circumstance tests (translated tests, e.g. Spanish, Thai, Chinese etc). The registration to the test is binding. A written notice of cancellation (e.g. e-mail) must be received by Alcoholpassport.fi before the test has been confirmed in writing (email) by Alcoholpassport.fi. Alcoholpassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test due to a late cancellation or for not cancelling at all.
• Private tests ordered to companies or to other groups: The number of persons attending the test must be confirmed at least 7 working days prior to the test occasion. Agreed travel expenses and agreed number of persons will be charged in case of cancellation. Also, an additional invoicing fee of 10 Euros (incl. VAT) per invoice will be charged.
• Refund of online payment, when the customer does not want to reschedule a new test occasion: When cancelling according to the terms and conditions Alcoholpassport.fi reserves the right to bill a 2,50 Euro (incl. VAT) office and handling fee per each cancellation.

Ordering and delivery of the Alcoholpassport.fi online store products

Books are normally by post unless the customer explicitly states that he/she/they will pick the delivery from Alcoholpassport.fi office. Alcoholpassport.fi commits to handle the shipment carefully and to provide the material ordered to the post office without delay. Alcoholpassport.fi is not responsible for any shipment lost in the mail.

Virtual orders are delivered after the payment to the email address given by the customer.

The institution itself is responsible for delivering the certificate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that he/she/they has clearly provided the valid name and contact details requested by the institution (an email address or a postal address, that will remain valid for at least one month from the test date).

The test fee includes one mailing. If the customer’s contact details are incorrect or non-functional and the delivery cannot be completed or is returned to the sender, the customer is obliged to follow the terms of the institution that issued the alcohol passport regarding the sending of a new certificate. The institution may, for example, charge an order fee for resending an already issued certificate. More detailed information about the institution’s reordering price can be found in the registration confirmation or by contacting customer service, for example in case of a lost certificate.

Return policy and notices

Return policy for books is 14 days. The product must be unused when returned. Any comments regarding received shipments must be made without delay, but no later than 5 days after receiving the order. Possible returns must be agreed separately in writing with the customer service.

If the certificate or online store product has not been delivered to the customer, a written notice (email) has to be sent to Alcoholpassport.fi within 2 months of the date of order.

Storage of ordered shipments

Orders to be picked up from Alcoholpassport.fi office must be picked up immediately. Alcoholpassport.fi does not store orders for more than one month and is not responsible for any further storing of material.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

These terms and conditions are valid until further notice. Alcoholpassport.fi reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
